🟢 العربية: سياسة الاسترجاع

نحن في شركة الأقصى نحرص على رضا عملائنا ونسعى لتقديم أفضل تجربة تسوق ممكنة، ولذلك نوفّر سياسة استرجاع عادلة وواضحة كما يلي:

مدة الاسترجاع:

يمكن للعميل طلب استرجاع المنتج في حال أي خطأ خلال 3 أيام من تاريخ الشراء.

شروط الاسترجاع:

1. يجب أن يكون المنتج غير مستخدم وفي حالته الأصلية.
2. يجب أن يكون المنتج في تغليفه الأصلي مع كامل الملحقات والفاتورة الأصلية.
3. لا يمكن استرجاع المنتجات التي تم تركيبها أو استخدامها.

طريقة الاسترجاع:

1. يجب التواصل مع خدمة العملاء لفتح طلب استرجاع.
2. يتم فحص المنتج قبل الموافقة على الاسترجاع.
3. في حال الموافقة، يتم إرجاع المبلغ بنفس طريقة الدفع الأصلية أو كرصيد للشراء لاحقًا.

الاسترجاع بسبب خلل مصنعي:

في حال وجود عيب مصنعي، نقوم بتبديل المنتج أو تحويله إلى الصيانة المعتمدة، حسب الحالة.

الاستثناءات:

لا تشمل السياسة الأجهزة التي تم شراؤها ضمن عروض تصفية نهائية أو خصومات خاصة غير قابلة للإرجاع.

🟢 English: Refund Policy

At Al-Aqsa, customer satisfaction is our priority. We provide a fair and clear refund policy as follows:

Refund Period:

Customers may request a refund within 3 days of the purchase date.

Refund Conditions:

1. The item must be unused and in its original condition.
2. The product must be returned in its original packaging with all accessories and the original invoice.
3. Items that have been installed or used are non-refundable.

How to Request a Refund:

1. Contact our customer service team to initiate a return request.
2. The item will be inspected before approval.
3. Upon approval, the refund will be processed to the original payment method or issued as store credit.

Defective Items:

If the item has a manufacturing defect, we will either replace it or refer it to the authorized service center for repair, depending on the case.

Exceptions:

Products purchased under final clearance or special non-refundable offers are excluded from this policy.
